Returns Policy


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I'm sorry to hear that.   Simply return the item in its original unused condition within 7 days of receipt.

Returned items should be unused and unworn (if applicable) and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation.  I will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge.  Alternatively, if preferred, I will also be happy to exchange the item.
 

Please note:
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 7 days of receipt, unless I have notified you otherwise.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches me.  Therefore for your own protection I recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item is your responsibility.  Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

Please also note I will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item.  Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.

Glass beads are inspected for chips or cracks before being sent and are well packaged for their journey.  They will break if dropped or mishandled.  I will provide a refund for damaged beads if you provide a photo of the damaged bead within 7 days of receipt of your order.  I don't give refunds for beads that are broken during use.

 

ALTERATIONS
The item description will specify the dimensions of an item.  If you purchase something and realize it is too long/short/big/small when you receive it, then a small fee plus postage may be charged to alter it.  Alternatively it can be returned within 7 days of receipt of purchase for a store credit, exchange, or refund (less shipping costs).

REPAIRS/FAULTS
I pride myself on attention to detail and superb craftsmanship however, I am only human.  If you find a fault in one of my creations please email me so we can work together to solve the problem.  If your jewellery becomes damaged during normal wear please contact me for repair options and pricing.
