Alterations
Please choose your sizing carefully at time of purchase. The item description will specify the dimensions of a piece, and if it can be altered. If you purchase something and realize it is too long/short/big/small when you receive it, then a small fee plus postage may be charged to alter it. Alternatively it can be returned within 7 days of receipt of purchase for an in store credit, exchange, or refund (as per returns policy).
Returns
I understand it can be challenging to know if something you see on the internet is indeed what you really want. I am happy to accept returns within 7 days of receipt of purchase for an in store credit, exchange or refund of the purchase price less postage. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging. You are responsible for any return postage costs.
Should an item arrive damaged, please contact me within 7 days of receipt of purchase to arrange return of item, and repair, refund or exchange (A photo of the damaged item may be requested if not returning).

Repairs/Faults
I pride myself on my attention to detail and superb craftsmanship however, I am only human. If you find a fault in one of my creations please email me and we can work together to resolve the problem. If an item has been exposed to undue stress (i.e. dropped), it can be returned for repair at a nominal cost.
