Purchases will be sent upon full receipt of payment Monday - Friday (NZ time). All jewellery purchases will arrive beautifully gift wrapped, whether it is for you or someone special. If you would like your purchase sent to someone as a gift, please let me know at checkout and I will include a card and small message for you.

Please choose your sizing carefully at time of purchase. The item description will specify the dimensions of a piece, and if it can be altered. If you purchase something and realise it is too long/short/big/small when you receive it, then a small fee plus postage will be charged to alter it. Alternatively it can be returned within 7 days of receipt of purchase for an in store credit or exchange (as per returns policy).

I understand it can be challenging to know if something you see on the internet is indeed what you really want. I am happy to accept returns within 7 days of receipt of purchase for a product exchange or in store credit - sorry no refunds. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging. You are responsible for any return postage costs.

Warranty
I produce high quality designs with attention to detail and superb craftsmanship. All my creations have a limited warranty for one year from date of purchase. This warranty covers replacement or repair of any defective piece that is not caused by unreasonable stress. If an item has been exposed to undue stress (i.e. dropped), it can be returned for repair at a nominal cost.
