International
International orders will be sent by international air parcel post with an estimated delivery time of 3-10 working days (dependant on time of year and destination). Please note the prices below do not include insurance (highly recommended (additional NZ$10 approx). If you would like insurance included in the price please email me and I will bill you separately. International parcels shipped without insurance will be at your risk.

Returns
Purchasing off the internet is challenging because you really can't see what something is like until you receive it. I hope you are happy with your purchase, however if you want to return it, I will accept returns within 7 days of receipt of the item. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging. You are responsible for any return postage costs and original postage costs are not refundable.
Warranty
I pride myself on my craftsmanship and the quality of my work. All my work has a limited waranty for 1 year from date of purchase. I will gladly replace/repair any breakages due to faulty workmanship within that time. If your item has been subjected to undue stress (dropped), I will happily repair it for you at a nominal cost.
General
Any reference to other brands for example Pandora and Swarovski are purely for descriptive purposes only. I do not claim to represent or sell on behalf of these companies.
Pleae choose your sizing carefully at time of purchase. I will specify in the desciption of an item if the size/length cannot be altered, however, most pieces can be altered at no extra cost at time of purchase. If you purchase something and realise it is too long/short/small when you receive it, then a fee of $7.50 - $15 plus postage will be charged to alter it.
